Delivery
We strive to deliver your items quickly and efficiently. We offer free 1 to 3 Days Delivery to Mainland UK*.
*Please Note: Free delivery is available to England & Wales and Lowland Scotland and excludes towel radiator orders under £150 inc VAT.
We use a combination of DHL, DX, APC and UPS for the majority of our deliveries. The courier used depends on the size and weight of the items and the delivery address. All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed and paid for before our daily cut-off time.
Unpacking Your Items
As with any courier deliveries, parcels pass through multiple depots and transfers. This may occasionally result in damage. Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and note any damage before signing.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and uninstalled
- It is unopened and in its original packaging
- It is in the same condition as when delivered
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days or for products that have been installed.
If You’ve Opened the Packaging
If the packaging has been opened, please complete our returns form and attach clear photos showing the condition of the item. Our customer service team will review your request.
Please note: submitting photos does not guarantee return approval.
Return Costs & Exchanges
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless confirmed otherwise in writing. We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us safely. We strongly recommend:
- Using a tracked delivery service
- Choosing a courier with appropriate insurance
- Taking photos before returning the item
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Refunds processed within 48 hours of approval
- Issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
Returns may incur a handling fee of up to 30%. We reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the purchase price if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or unsellable.
Preparing Your Item for Return
To ensure smooth processing:
- Do not write on or label manufacturer packaging
- Do not add extra tape to the original box
- Attach labels to outer packaging only
Damaging the original packaging may affect your refund.
